Thanks to the Internet and YouTube, the options for viewing dance training are endless. We have collected some simple videos available to the public that show basic steps perfectly taught by no better celebrity than Len Goodman.
These are the dances we learn and practice at the Friday Club. We hold mini free dance lessons during the first hour and then we play music and we practice independently the dances we learned. There is plenty of time for social interaction and lots of room for fun.
